Informa is proudly a people business and HR Specialists are central to this, helping colleagues develop and maintaining a great culture - essentially we are the engine room at the heart of Informa.

At Informa Connect we use an annual performance cycle where we set goals in February and complete end of year conversations in December/January.

Branding

We have a brand centre with plenty of templates, colour palettes and guidance on how we brand! In the brand center you will find branding for all different divisions here

I'm sure you have noticed Connect's hero colour is Violet. Our specific colour code is HEX #cc31c2. Each division has their own primary colour as well as Informa as a group! Have a look for all the different guidelines. Here you will also find our logo and Orbit!

eNPS Survey 👍👎

You will start to receive emails pertaining to the eNPS Survey! These are very important surveys so our leaders can understand how our colleagues are feeling. This is a monthly survey and we would love you take part each month. It only takes 1 minute!

Third Friday

Third Friday' is Connect's dedicated day of the month for cultural and professional development.

Colleagues are encouraged to prioritise spending time viewing live and On Demand content shared each month which will include things like recommended training courses, content led by our Colleague Run Networks and DEI focused sessions.
