Vitafoods Europe 2026 - Returning to Barcelona for an unmissable experience

Join us as Vitafoods Europe 2026 returns to Barcelona for the second time in its 29-year history! Mark your calendars for 5 – 7 May 2026, and be part of another extraordinary gathering of the global nutraceutical industry at Fira Barcelona.

As always, our Priority Points System rewards exhibitor loyalty and commitment. Exhibitors are grouped into six tiers, with each group receiving an exclusive invitation to book their preferred stand in sequence. A new group is invited every week, right up until Vitafoods Europe opens its doors this year.

Vitafoods Europe 2026 - How to book your stand

Watch for your invitation: Informa Markets will email your booking invitation. Stands are first come, first served, so act fast to secure your ideal location.
Rebook online via Expocad: View the floorplan, explore options and pricing, and reserve your stand instantly.
Get support if needed: Your account manager is available to assist. Stands can be combined, but splitting is generally not allowed.
Check your Expocad details: Ensure your contact information is correct for contracts and event communication.
Reserve your stand for 48 Hours: You can select one stand and keep it in your cart for up to 48 hours while finalising details.
Know the size requirements: Minimum stand size: 9 sqm (standard), and 25 sqm (space-only). Various packages are available.
Digital fees included: Vitafoods Europe 2026 is both in-person (Barcelona) and online, with mandatory digital fees included in your contract.
Contracts are binding: Once signed, cancellation fees apply if you change your mind.
Booking confirmation and invoice: After signing, your stand is officially booked. Expect confirmation and your first invoice in June.
