In combination of COVID-19 regulations (strong recommendation to avoid business cards) and Vitafoods team's efforts to improve exhibitor and visitor journeys at our hybrid events, we are mandating the Visit Connect App for all exhibitors. Visit Connect is a complete lead capture solution, offering you total control over your sales process and resulting success. Visit Connect operates on a web-based portal, powered by smart technology. It will enable you to capture detail and respond to leads immediately by simply scanning the barcodes on badges using the app.
Progressive web apps (PWAs) work through the web browser of your device, once you’re up and running, it will keep working even if you lose internet connection. When you reconnect, all the data collected with be synced to the Visit Connect server.
Please ensure to fill in the exhibitor registration form in the exhibitor badge section of the customer centre portal to redeem your online or live exhibitor badges for yourself as the main user first to gain access to the online platform. You can then redeem badges for your colleagues thereafter.
Once done, you can access the Visit Portal where you can setup your Lead Retirval tool.
Important: It is mandatory to fill in the exhibitor registration form for each individual, in order to get access to the online event. Kindly note, that ALL registration needs to take place online as there will be no onsite registration
