Make sure your leads are covered!
Check that all 6 (4 for internal) questions are in place
Test that dynamic questions populate per the correct country
Check for spelling errors and make sure each sponsor name is correctly filled in
Check that your VE privacy notice is in place and your sponsors are aware
Double check for typos before publishing
The first compliance question and text are MANDATORY the remaining are OPTIONAL
The Country field is MANDATORY for all registrants
Fields like "job title" and "job function" should have a "default prompt" filled in such as "Please Specify"
If you plan to add additional sponsors after marketing, check that your disclaimer is in place
