In recent years, the emergence of therapeutic genome-editing has boosted the demand for over 100mer RNAs, but it is still difficult to chemically synthesize these RNAs with high quality and high yield. Here, we have achieved by applying our solid supports, amidites, and synthesis methods. In this presentation, I would like to explain how we made it possible to produce up to 200mer RNA oligonucleotides.
