How do I view who is speaking at a session?

Go into the session you want to see, and click the info button on the remote control to see a list of speakers in the current session.

How do I engage with a session?

In the dashboard, click on "Live Now" or "Agenda" to select a session. Proceed by pressing "Join Stage".

How do I vote in the poll?

Click on "Agenda" or "Live Remote" in the dashboard to find the stage and session. Enter the stage and then click the "Remote control" button. This has a list of options like Q&A, Rate Session, and also polls. When a poll is live, you can then vote.

How do I ask a question for Q&A?

In the "Remote control", click Q&A and type your question. You can also like others' questions.

How do I set up a meeting with another attendee?

Click the "Attendee" button on your dashboard. Find and select the contact you want to book a meeting with, and click on "Book Meeting" button (the calendar icon) on the very left.

How do I recall a meeting request?

Click on "My Meetings and Schedule" and select the "Meetings" tab. In the "All Meetings" drop-down list, you can see "Sent Requests". Click cancel and provide a note.

How do I add sessions to my schedule?

Go to "Agenda" and choose your desired stage and session. Use the button on the right to "Add to Schedule".

How do I view a notification?

On the Dashboard, the top right Bell icon displays your in-app notifications.

How do I ask an exhibitor to contact me?

On the Dashboard, click the Expo button (icon of boxes), find an exhibitor you are interested in by using the filter option. Once you have selected an Expo stand, you can then sign the guestbook which allows the exhibitor to contact you for more information.

How do I view my delegate bag?

Navigate to the top-left hamburger menu (3 lines) then click the "Delegate Bag". You can view document previews, download or delete them. You may also view

How can I chat/contact someone?

You can click the "Attendee" button and find them. When you click them, you can chat directly with them.

How can I set up a physical meeting?

Click on "Networking" on the Dashboard, and select an attendee. Click the "Book a Meeting" button and choose if you want to meet with them online or in-person and what interests they have. You will not have the option to select the type of meeting for virtual-only attendees. Once this has been selected, you can choose the time and location of the meeting. If the location is full, it will give you an alternative location.

How can I see where a stage is located?

If the event has an interactive floorplan, this can be found in either the top-left hamburger menu (3 lines) or on the Dashboard by selecting "Floor Plan". Clicking this will take you to an embedded floorplan where you can see the event.

How do I set my availability for meetings?

In the "My Schedule and Meeting" button and go to "Meetings". In the drop-down list under "All Meetings", click on "Set Availability". Everything in green is available, red is unavailable. You can update your availability on all event days by simply clicking on the times you want to edit.

How can I see other attendees in the same session?

This may not be available in your event. By clicking "Room Radar" in the event remote, you can see a list of attendees in the same session as you.

How do I update my profile?

You can update your helix tags, photo and add social media links by clicking the top-left hamburger menu (3 lines) and selecting "Profile". Make sure to click the "Update" button to save your updates. You can also update your password from here too.
