To order your electrics for your stand your deadlines are:
Early bird deadline: 31 August 2021
Final order deadline: 29 September 2021

Palexpo are the official supplier for electrics / lighting and all orders must be placed through the Palexpo Online Shop .
Click on “obtain my password” when arriving on the 'sign in' section, enter your email address and then go the mail to click on the link please create the requested password.
Click the “remember me” option while logging in the first time. This option will keep you automatically logged in for a next visit.

Food sampling on your stand

Food sampling during Vitafoods Europe 2021

Due to the current situation, with extra health and safety restrictions and our advice on how to participate for Vitafoods Europe in the safest way, we have summarized the possibilities on food sampling and serving on your stand.

Serving of hospitality food and beverage or samples on a stand are allowed when taken the following into account:

Allowed

- Individual wrapped food items
- Samples or servings needs to be done per person
- Onsite cooking
- Drinks only served upon request
- Disposable cutlery, cups and plates for serving
- Porcelain cups, plates and metal cutlery

Not allowed

- NO trays or boxes of individually wrapped items for visitors to help themselves
- NO buffet set ups
- NO drinks pre-set up
- NO creation of queueing of visitors while handing out samples on the stand

Mandatory

- Designated seating area available at stand for visitors to sit down to take off
mandatory face mask
- You should dedicate one staff member to food preparation, and this should be
their only role
- Staff preparing food and drinks needs to wear gloves and face mask
- Waste bin available for instant dispose of cutlery, cups and plates after usage
- When use of porcelain cups, plates and metal cutlery, items need to be washed
instantly after usage by staff

On stand Activities

Demonstrations & Advertising on Stands:

All types of demonstration (e.g. the operation of machines, video and film shows etc.) require advance notification and the written consent of the Organisers. The Organisers are entitled to restrict or prohibit such demonstrations, even if consent has previously been given, if they interfere with the Exhibition. These must be included and submitted via the on-stand activities form.

Acoustic advertising also requires authorisation and must not disturb neighbouring Exhibitors. Musical reproduction by means of radio, CD or DVD requires written approval. In accordance with copyright regulations Exhibitors must obtain the relevant licenses and permissions prior to the beginning of the Exhibition.

All demonstrations must be carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and therefore must not constitute a fire or safety hazard to the demonstrator or audience.

Full details must be submitted (together with a Risk Assessment in the case of moving demonstrations) to the Organisers at least 30 days prior to the event.

The Organisers reserve the right to stop working demonstrations on site if they in any way pose a threat to Exhibitors or Visitors or disturb neighbouring stands.

Water features:

Approval from the organisers will be required for this activity and an on-stand activity form must be completed along with the additional risk assessment in the forms section.

Stand parties:

Stand Parties are not permitted under any circumstances

We want to understand what activities you are planning on your stand during Vitafoods 2021. To ensure a smooth experience, please read and fill out this form carefully and supply any information requested.

Once submitted, a member of the Operations Team or Technical Team will review the information.

Catering

Stand catering at Palexpo is provided by the in-house caterer. It is venue policy that no exhibitors are allowed to offer food or drink on their stand other than a sample size, unless it is ordered via their provider.

Please refer to catering in the forms section of Customer Centre.

No catering supplier other than Palexpo Restaurants will be allowed access to the halls.
Palexpo Restaurant has the exclusivity for catering during Vitafoods.

Temporary Staffing

All temporary staff must have a valid work permit when working at a show, failing to provide a permit upon random spot checks by local authorities will result in a penalty.

It is your responsibility to ensure your staff have the required documentation, we recommend using the official temporary staff agency who are aware of the local legislation; Be My Guest. You can use their order form to find all their offered services during the show.

All temporary stand staff must have an exhibitor badge, please complete their details on the badge form.

Remember to take advantage of our free co-marketing tools

Each exhibitor at Vitafoods Europe will have access to free marketing tools to help you promote your presence at the event. By clicking on the Dashboard button below, you will be able to access your private dashboard which allows you to download web banners and send out E-vites.

To access this tool, simply log in to the digital event portal, go to 'Exhibitor Zone' under the three lines in the top right corner. You will then see a tab called 'Exhibitor Resources' and this is where you will find a blue button labeled 'Access Dashboard'.

This is a really useful took to help promote your attendance at the event.
