Crealogix’s TimeWarp platform enables users to simulate their own personal financial future based on the decisions they make today. It’s a very intuitive, visually appealing platform that can help people struggling with the real-world financial decisions that define their lives, like how much they can afford to spend on a car, or what a housing change would mean for their monthly finances. Crisp visuals combined with advanced insights made this one stand out from the crowd.
Dorsum demoed it’s My Wealth solution for hybrid advisory processes in wealth management. With a focus on providing relevant information to customers when they need it, My Wealth uses a combination of AI-based and personal advice to ensure end users make the best choices for their own financial futures, which clearly resonated with the Finovate audience.
Glia (formerly SaleMove) continued its Best of Show winning ways with a demo around creating digital-first moments that streamline communications between FIs and their customers. The onboarding process can be a massive pain point for financial institutions, but with a seamless customer experience, Glia makes it possible for users to get the help they need when they need it. By tackling a major pain point for FIs of all sizes, Glia continues to impress Finovate audiences around the world.
iProov followed up on their FinovateEurope 2018 Best of Show win with another one here in 2019. Their powerful identity verification and anti-spoofing technology authenticates users without creating additional friction, which allows FIs to know who they’re talking to without annoying their customers. That’s a tricky combination to get right, but it’s clear from the audience reaction that it’s a vital balance to find.
Launchfire’s game-based platform is a creative way for FI’s to engage with their own employees. Their demo showcased how easy it is to set up a new training course, which can cover anything from compliance training to education on new products. It’s a tool that can be pointed towards customers as well, and the versatility of the platform is a key selling point. Gamification has been a topic that has bounced around the fintech space for quite a while now, and Launchfire is proving that they can take it to the next level.
PayKey bridges the gap between banks and social apps with a unique smartphone keyboard that contains a literal “payment key.” By bringing financial services into a format that smartphone users are already very comfortable with, they make it easy for users to engage, while offering the services that bankers are excited about. This real-world-ready solution is a big step for mobile banking, and it’s one that’s easy to imagine gaining traction among the general population.
Voca.ai is a powerful AI-driven virtual assistant for call centers, which provides a personal, human touch at scale. The demo has to be seen to be believed – the AI-driven voice is natural enough that several among the audience were questioning whether or not they actually needed the humans on stage at all. Is this the first step towards an AI-only Finovate demo?
W.UP (pronounced “wup”) is transforming the way banks generate digital revenue and interact with their clients. The AI powered insight-driven sales tool helps banks understand, enrich, and analyze customer data, including non-traditional data like customer location. By analyzing these factors at a deeper level, W.UP is able to anticipate customer needs and create relevant, actionable messages that hit customers when they’re most likely to need additional services. This more personalized strategy is resonating with the industry, giving W.UP their second Best of Show win in as many years.
