What You Should Expect:

Hosted on a sophisticated, fully interactive platform, our digital events allow for interaction between attendees, sponsors and exhibitors and in new innovative ways.

As with our in-person events, we will deliver the full scope of content and provide opportunities for structured and unstructured networking.

Our virtual events bring targeted professionals into an interactive, online environment that provides education and the ability for attendees to engage with products, services and messages from industry thought leaders.

Greenbuild Virtual accommodates live and on-demand sessions, chat areas, content libraries, and sponsor and exhibit booths within curated expo hall areas.

The Virtual Expo Hall

The virtual expo hall is seamlessly integrated into the attendee experience. In addition to a dedicated tab on the virtual event platform specific exhibit hours will be called out on the agenda and daily email reminders will be sent out to attendees.

Expo Hall & Exhibitor Listing:

Clicking on an exhibitor will bring attendees directly to the booth page, where they can download information, chat with booth staff, video conference with the exhibitor team, view products, and more.

Product Categories:

Our community is seeking a wide variety of products and services – the expo hall is broken into product categories to ensure only qualified attendees are entering exhibitor booths.

Virtual Booth:

Once an attendee enters the booth, the live video chat functionality allows for real-time interaction. Exhibitors can customize their booth branding, include videos and host downloadable resources for attendees to consume on their own time.

Live In-Booth Experience

The Greenbuild platform simulates the experience of a face-to-face meeting. The live video chat functionality allows for real-time interaction with attendees.

Live Presentations:

Your virtual booth serves as a private session between your team and event attendees. Greet attendees live, use pre-recorded demos to guide the conversation, or schedule presentations at the top of every hour – the choice is yours!

Reporting & Analytics:

Greenbuild provides advanced analytics post-event to help identify those who exhibit purchase potential and strengthen post-show sales efforts.

Breakout Sessions & 1:1 Meetings

Need to have a private conversation? Breakout sessions allow for discussions away from the main booth area, without having to leave the platform and have all the same features as the main booth.

Breakouts aren’t limited to 1:1 conversations, attendees can invite their registered colleagues to join in!
