In the spirit of More Voices, More Minds we have made a conscious effort across 2020 and thus far in 2021, to broaden the communication channels and interactivity.
The primary aim has been to increase diversity of thought, share insights, experiences and raise awareness of the great work that happens across Global Finance.
The second aim, which has become increasingly more important as we react to the pandemic, is using communications to create a change mindset platform, to encourage us to adapt, fail fast and learn even faster.
Lastly, we all know the pandemic has impacted us to varying degrees, individually and as a business, so it has been important the underlying tone has been to remind the team to take care of their families and loved ones first.
Hopefully through More Voices, More Minds together we can respond to business challenges, share ideas, sentiments and gain a clearer picture for the road ahead.
Be it in the Trade Winds newsletters (in focus, podium segments), the Lunch & Listen sessions and most recently the launch of the Innovation Grind, we have invited as many voices and thoughts with the hope that by to doing things differently we will get a positively different outcome in the future.
