Companies wishing to participate must submit a product description for review and approval by the FiE Sustainability Team before booking.

The product description should be as specific as possible about what makes the product or service sustainable, and must include substantiation for any claims. Review is in line with the proposed Green Claims Directive on explicit environmental claims, as well the intent behind the EU’s definition of Sustainable Development.
