What's the state of private equity?

We spoke to David Rubenstein about how private market professionals are doing and why they keep coming to SuperReturn International

This year marked his 23rd year back at the event for a spectacle like no other: “This conference is bigger than I've ever think, anything I've ever seen here before ”So what does the year have in store for private markets and how is it faring amidst the ongoing challenges and economic downturn? “There's no doubt that private equity has its challenges because it's harder to raise money, harder to invest money, harder to get financing and so forth. But on the whole, the industry's not in bad shape," says Rubenstein, highlighting that people need to be realistic as some are still struggling to recover from covid.
