Post-event a member of our team will send you a GPDR compliant report of your leads and session data.
You should have received an email requesting that you nominate a team representative. This team representative will manage your company profile and be able to setup meetings with delegates. If you do not have one, please send details of your team representative to Hannah.Brant@informa.com. If you are unable to have a team representative, please let us know and we will nominate a member of our team to help out.
For general sessions, there is no limit of attendees. However, roundtables are capped at 50 attendees. This is to help everyone engage with the conversation and aid in a highly interactive roundtable where everyone attending is able to take part.
Post-event a member of our team will send you a summary of your meetings and session engagement,
This include a list of everyone who has viewed your profile, expressed interest in your products/services, and who has requested meetings with you and your colleagues. Our team will send you this information post-event for informative purposes.
As a team representative, you can access information regarding meetings and connections made with your company, as well as who has clicked on your company profile and added your session/s to their schedule. To learn how to access this information please read on.
Upon logging in, you should see a teams icon on the top right hand corner of the page:
Click on this icon and you will find information about the delegate interaction with your company.
In the teams section you will also be able to 'Generate CSV. file' of this information and download them into an excel csv. file.
