Biologics are the most popular product type worked with by under half of the respondents, while 37% work with small molecule-based drugs.

Which department do you work in?

The survey respondents are spread across a variety of different departments, with research and development having the largest portion of respondents.

What is your level of responsibility?

50% of survey respondents work at Supervisor, Manager and Director levels. Just under one in five are Individual Contributors in non-management positions.

38% of respondents consider themselves a minority in the workplace. This has risen by 2% since our last survey in 2021.
