Due to the Saudisation drive in KSA, the private sector in KSA has had to rethink the way in which it communicates, develops and utilizes its compensation and benefits packages in order to attract and retain the best talent and ensure that more local talent is attracted to the private sector. Hence, the organisers of MENA’s longest running Compensation and Benefits event proudly introduced ‘Compensation and Benefits KSA' last year.
This event was the first compensation and benefits event in Saudi Arabia that focussed on creating total rewards packages to enhance saudisation in the region and the realization of vision 2030.
