Syngenta Biologicals launches its Soil Health project at the Biostimulants World Congress in Milan
Syngenta Biologicals launched its Soil Health project at the Biostimulants World Congress in Milan. A 5-person panel was hosted by New AG International’s Luke Hutson. Each member of the panel talked through their role in the project, which is headed up by Emilio Pirraglia - Global Product Manager yield and quality.
“This project represents a starting point to spread as much as possible the culture of soil health… the soil is not anymore considered as a simple growing media, but as vital part to get a sustainable crop production in the long run,” said Pirraglia.

Since Syngenta Biologicals has a lot of experience in dealing with plant health solutions and its approach has proven successful, we are benefiting from this know how also in creating Soil Health solutions. To serve the grower’s need, we are looking for external collaborators actively, we want to be “partner of choice” looking for the best technologies and being the best partner for collaboration. Up to today, we have over 40 collaborations at both commercial and scientific level and we are continuing.”
