Radha, a Twist consultant with expertise in antibodies, previously headed Antibody Engineering at GSK, established IgG production systems, and led therapeutic antibody discovery projects from target identification to candidate selection. She is a named inventor for a therapeutic antibody that progressed to market and successfully progressed two other antibodies into the clinic. Being at Twist, her interests now include high throughput antibody production to enable discovery and optimisation, as well as synthetic biology, protein evolution and variant library generation.
