Initiating antibody discovery with broad diversity increases the probability of successfully identifying therapeutic antibodies against challenging targets. Alloy Therapeutics has therefore developed novel transgenic animal strains for fully human antibody discovery, including strains with Lambda light chains to increase structural diversity and Hyperimmune strains to increase the number of antigen-specific B-cells and enhanced IgG class switching.

Tom Vincent is Senior Director of Antibody Technology at Alloy Therapeutics. With over 20 years of drug discovery experience, he is a core member of the antibody discovery team, where he co-developed the SeqImmune™ workflow. Prior to his work at Alloy, he focused on therapeutic antibody discovery and engineering at Abeome Corp. Previously, Tom also worked at Ionis Pharmaceuticals and Regulus Therapeutics, where he was a key contributor to multiple successful preclinical and clinical programs in RNA-based therapeutics.
